Faithfulness of the Lord

Ern came to surrender his life to Christ as a young man before he married Moni. Moni, who remembers talking to God as she walked to and from Sunday School as a little girl in a small town in central IA, learned of a deeper walk of surrender as the Lord healed their little baby girl in 1970.

We can remember in the mid-1970's when revival hit the churches of rural NE Iowa and folks were hungering for the presence of the Lord. As we look back, we are so thankful for such memories.
Early 1980's we were still in Bible college.
  • In the 1990's we helped pioneer a couple of churches and we are ever so thankful for the pastors that followed in shepherding each of those congregations.
How richly God has allowed our paths to cross with quality men and women who are sold out to serving Christ Jesus.

Now we look at young people around us, who are now being called into His service, and stand in awe. We happen to be connected to a wonderful church, Community Christian Fellowship, where they make significant investment today in tomorrow's leaders. They have great ministries for children, young people, and adults. We are blessed!

Yes, the Lord has been faithful to us! We will celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary in 2014 and still are privileged to feel that burning desire to serve Christ each morning as we awake. It's unbelievable! The Lord is most faithful.
